Where do you provide service?
Private residences and estates in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Cave Creek, Arizona. The address and any travel charges are reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.
What is outside the care scope?
We provide assessments, care guidance, and assistance. No firearm sales, transfers, or manufacturing. Assessments are not safety certifications, appraisals, or insurance valuations.
How is my appointment confirmed?
Your initial enquiry is a request. An appointment is confirmed after scope, pricing, location eligibility, and availability are agreed in writing. No online payment is collected.
How should I prepare?
Follow the confirmed safety and access instructions. Keep children and pets away from the work area. If you are unsure how to make a firearm safe, do not handle it; raise the concern before the appointment.
What about payment or rescheduling?
Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are supplied with your written quote before you accept the engagement. Annual renewal terms are also agreed in writing.
